Position Overview:
We are searching for an enthusiastic and dynamic Social Media Representative to join our team. As a Social Media Rep, you will play a vital role in amplifying our mission across various social platforms, engage our audience, and drive meaningful conversations about health, education, and social justice.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging, informative, and shareable content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) that aligns with our mission and goals.

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of comments and messages.

Audience Engagement: Foster an inclusive online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from our followers and supporters. Encourage discussions and interactions.

Campaign Promotion: Promote our initiatives, events, campaigns, and fundraising efforts through creative and strategic social media campaigns.

Educational Content: Create and share educational content related to health, education, and social justice issues to raise awareness and drive change.

Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to gather stories, updates, and testimonials for social media posts.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using insights and analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with current events, trends, and innovations in social media and issues related to health, education, and social justice.
Qualifications:
Passion for the NGO’s mission, with a strong interest in health, education, and social justice.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Graphic design skills and knowledge of basic photo and video editing tools are a plus.
Previous experience in social media management for nonprofit organizations or related fields is preferred but not required.
Creative thinking and the ability to create compelling content.
