World Skills Employment Centre is looking for experienced PMP-certified professionals to mentor and guide students pursuing their PMP certification.
As a PMP mentor, you will work closely with students to provide guidance and support through their certification journey. Duties will include:
• Providing guidance and mentorship to project management students pursuing PMP certification
• Assisting students in understanding PMP exam requirements and the certification process
• Coaching students on best practices for project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Helping students create study plans and schedules to prepare for the PMP exam
• Assisting students with practice exams and reviewing results to identify areas for improvement
• Providing one-to-one support and guidance to students on exam preparation
• Sharing insights and advice on how to succeed as a project manager
PMP Mentors must have:
• PMP certification is required
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience mentoring and coaching project management students is preferred
