Please Note: This program will require a time commitment on Thursday mornings from 10am-11:30am

Volunteers with the Centre Catholic Mass Support will assist the program in the following ways
– Support residents to and from the program space. This will include needed to push wheelchairs, training will be provided.
– Sit with residents during the mass for 1:1 support

How will this opportunity benefit the volunteer?
Volunteers will gain experience supporting older adults living with dementia and other cognitive/ physical impairments.
How will the organization benefit?
Through the support of volunteers a large number of residents will be able to attend the program. Volunteer support to gather residents ensures a smooth transition for our residents with minimal waiting time in their day from one activity to the next.

77 Monk Street Ottawa Ontario Please note that we are not able to provide parking near the home. There is a paid parking lot at Lansdowne TD place that volunteers can park at however the parking cost will be at the volunteers expense.The bright side we are on direct bus routes 6 and 7 that have stops right in front of the centre on Bank street. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause or impact it has on you being able to volunteer with us.
